Compassionate mediumship and energy healing for those ready to receive messages, find closure, and restore balance to their lives.
About Tara
Tara Grossi has carried a deep sensitivity to the spiritual world since childhood. What began as unexplainable experiences — voices, presences, knowing — has matured into a practiced, grounded gift that she offers with both reverence and warmth.
Based in Scott Twp, Pennsylvania, Tara works as both a medium and a healer, bridging the gap between the seen and unseen to bring clarity, comfort, and renewed energy to those she serves. Whether you are seeking a message from a loved one who has passed or looking to restore harmony to your own energy field, Tara creates a safe, non-judgmental space for that exchange to unfold.
Every session is tailored to the individual. There is no one-size-fits-all approach — only honest, compassionate presence and a genuine commitment to your well-being.

The Approach
Spirituality is not about fear or mystery for its own sake. It is about connection — to those we have lost, to the deeper layers of ourselves, and to a sense of meaning that transcends the everyday.
Every session is conducted in a grounded, respectful environment. You are always in control of the pace and depth of the work.
Tara delivers messages and insights with directness and compassion — never sensationalized, always genuine.
Mediumship and healing are intertwined. Each session considers the whole person — mind, body, and spirit.
